Since 2008, we have been working with our four brands - doctari - lichtfeld - planerio and arztpool - on our vision to take medical personnel exactly where they are most urgently needed. We want to become Europe's leading medical procurement platform combining workforce management at scale with the largest network of medical professionals.

Join our new cross-functional SuperApp team that builds a next-gen platform for healthcare institutions.
Take on responsibility as a people manager for the developers in the team.
Lead developers through the product design, planning, development implementation, and product/system test.
Build and improve software that impacts the life of thousands of medical professionals.
Work with our product organisation to drive short feedback cycles by delivering affordable and extendable product increments.
Empower and inspire your fellow technical colleagues.
Refine our architecture, drive technical topics and share knowledge across the tech organisation.
Deine Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit
You have proven technical leadership and people management experiences.
You have good coaching and mentoring skills.
You are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about TypeScript.
You have relevant experience with React and node.js best-practices development.
You have solid experience with web and cloud application development.
You have extensive practical knowledge of event-driven architecture and AWS services.
You have relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
You are passionate about developing applications with an excellent user experience and value clean, robust, maintainable code.
