Job & Company Description:
An established concern is now on the lookout for an astute Business Manager to provide advice and support in the development and implementation of business management planning, service delivery processes, methods and techniques; enabling the provision of well-researched information to inform organisational decision making.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Plan for the organisation of work outputs and process improvement activities in light of a specific situational context related to the area of specialisation.
- Verify, evaluate and report on operational and managerial processes, systems and outcomes to ensure financial and operational integrity and compliance.
- Provide specialist expertise and advice to internal/external customers, that builds strong relationships and creates a favourable impression aligned to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Comply to risk and governance policies, implement and provide subject matter input to the development of related processes, applicable to the area of specialisation.
As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running, extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands-on involved with the department.
The requirements:
Qualification:
- Registered CA(SA) / ACCA / CIMA
- Completed Honours degree
Experience:
- 6 + years experience within financial service or similar environment.
- 3+ years at a specialist level.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of an ERP system will be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Deadline driven.
