Job Description:
Are you a highly organized and driven individual with a passion for campaign execution and client service? Have you done successful promotions? My client is looking for an experienced Execution Specialist to oversee and manage operational activities for client-specific marketing campaigns in allocated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing activation teams (in-store/out-store/events).
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance against KPIs.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and achieve objectives.
- Oversee budget management, payments, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the successful execution of events and activations, from setup to post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations or campaign management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
- Solid financial understanding and experience with budget management.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a roadworthy vehicle, and availability to work weekends.
- Education: A Marketing Diploma or relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
