We're seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Human Resources. You should be adept at problem-solving, providing support, thrive under pressure, and have exceptionally strong administration skills. You will blend impeccable communication with a deep sense of confidentiality, tending to every HR detail with care and precision.

If you are skilled in providing continuous assistance to managers and employees in the company with respect to HR Policies and Procedures including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation, wellness and health and safety programs, and ensure that all employee files and other legislative aspects are beyond reproach, we'd love to have you join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organizational or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality experience advantageous)
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level
- Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook in particular)
- Familiar with all Human resources legislature and amendments
- Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 is advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Familiar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)
