Serving industries like manufacturing, petrochemical, and mining, they ensure safe, compliant, and eco-friendly solutions with a focus on regulatory standards and sustainability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Generate a sales pipeline and discuss weekly.
- Expedite the resolution of problems and complaints through the required processes, ensuring brokers are satisfied with the service.
- Prioritize the targeted client list to achieve agreed sales within the agreed timelines.
- Supply management with daily sales reports.
- Supply management with weekly sales reports.
- Meet minimum call requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Sales and customer liaison experience is an advantage.
- Highly proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.
- Exemplary customer service skills and telephone manners including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt responses, and exercise patience, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to independently prioritize, plan, coordinate, organize, lead, and monitor multiple organizational tasks of a complex nature while quickly adapting to changes in time frames.
