As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for streamlining and optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity. You'll oversee trade and settlement activities, ensuring accurate fund returns and maintaining internal portfolio management systems. With a focus on collaboration and strategic input, you'll play a key role in driving the business forward. Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a small, independent, and privately owned boutique asset manager based in Cape Town CBD. They have been in the industry for many years with a track record of performance backed by winning numerous raging bull awards.

What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you need to have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in operations management gained in investments. A completed financial degree is essential and an honours degree would be advantageous. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
