The consultant will play a critical role to support the Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer in facilitating interaction and cooperation amongst various stakeholders with a view to build synergies, and develop cooperative frameworks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with The Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer to define objectives, scope, and deliverables of various projects that The Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer is responsible for. Ensures that there is a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved.
- Create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure that project deliverables are completed within specified timeframes.
- Ensure that allocated resources (such as personnel, budget, and equipment) achieve project goals.
- Coordinate team members, contractors, and other stakeholders who are not direct reportees to The Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer.
- Maintain open lines of communication with CEO, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Proactively address obstacles and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide strategic support in ensuring successful implementation of the multilateral projects.
- Work closely with Head – Multilateral Affairs / Strategy and Performance Officer, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders to drive the strategic objectives of the company in line with the national priorities.
Job Requirements
- Relevant commercial or technical Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently (without a team).
- Comfortable working in a project execution environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Documentation skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Package & Remuneration
Annually.
