Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a HCPC reg. *Psychologist* to work within a specialist *CYP residential* service in East *Lancashire*
*Role summary*
The candidate appointed will be joining a private provider who deliver attachment and *trauma informed care* to young people who present with complex mental health needs. The post holder will be joining an MDT who support service users on the road to recovery and independent living.
The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions (DBT) with a particular focus on attachment and neurobiological development due to previous childhood trauma.
*Contract type* - permanent
*Hours* – full time, subject to applications part time will be considered.
*Salary* - £60,000 – 65,000 FTE
*Experience required*
Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration as a Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist along with experience working with trauma informed care.
