Job Description: This candidate will serve as a member of the Executive Committee and will oversee the financial management of a group of manufacturing companies. Their responsibilities will encompass full accountability for the groups financial reporting, consolidation, and reporting directly to the Board.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing 3 Financial Managers
- Present budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to EXCO
- Oversee and coordinate the group's financial consolidation process
- Monitor compliance with internal controls
Minimum Requirements: - BCom Honours
- Minimum 5 years post-articles or 8 years total experience.
- Worked on EXCO level
