Duties & Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in hiring, training, and performance evaluation is essential.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a keen understanding of sales strategies and customer service excellence.
Knowledge: Good understanding of electrical products, market trends, and the ability to stay ahead of industry developments. A background in the electrical and engineering or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
Customer Focus: A customer-oriented approach with the ability to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while resolving any issues that arise.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience: Proven track record of successful retail management, preferably in the electrical or related industries. A minimum of 3 years in a management role is required.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
