As the Global Learning Ecosystem Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and structure to our global learning ecosystem, especially the Learning Management System by developing, implementing and optimizing scalable solutions for our ZEISS Academy CurioZ and related business segment academies with our central technical LMS team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and improve the global Learning Ecosystem including support services that optimally supports the digital needs of our ZEISS Academies and ensure compliance with standards and regulations (e.g. GxP-validation).

Collaborate with ZEISS Academies' business process owners, evaluate requirements and prioritize them in alignment with strategic goals and business needs.

Manage LMS product roadmap and interfaces to other applications and coordinate with technical team and Cornerstone.

Manage projects to development our standardized ecosystem globally.

Stays updated with trends in the Learning field through continuous learning, and internal and external benchmarking activities.

An excellent university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Learning & Development, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in an application management role, preferably in IT or HR IT, or business-related field.

At least 3 years of experience with Cornerstone LMS

Experience developing strategic concepts, conducting in-depth analysis, and preparing decision-making documents for senior leadership.

Several years of experience in IT project management, agile tools, concepts and methodologies.

Excellent conceptualization and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on ability to drive the ecosystem and project execution.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.

Fluent in English; additional languages, such as German, are a plus.
