Where will you end up?
At TOPdesks headquarters in Kaiserslautern! As a UX design manager, you will lead, coach and inspire a team of talented UX designers and researchers, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the design vision and strategy for our products. You'll be responsible for assessing and, where necessary, hiring team members to build a strong, collaborative and complementary team.
You'll work closely with your team of UX designers and cross-functional leadership, including engineering and product leaders, to bring designs to life and ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms. In collaboration with other UX design managers you enhance design and research efforts by developing standards and processes.
Help us elevate our UX design and research! As our new UX design manager, you'll bridge the gap between creative innovation and strategic leadership. You'll oversee product design, user research, and content-related matters within a specific product domain or group, each focusing on a subset of our product capabilities or user types.
As our UX design manager, you'll guide your team in gathering insights through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics. This research will help you understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, ensuring our products meet user expectations and market demands. You will also oversee content and copywriting, ensuring that communication within the product is clear, concise, and compelling.
You'll drive initiatives from concept to launch. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the visual and interactive elements of our product are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with user needs.
