Your Responsibilities: - Translates functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests) while managing and optimizing controlling-specific processes such as monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, intercompany invoicing, and cost allocations
- Monitors and supports development, testing, and implementation of change requests like IT recharges, R&D allocations, and plan/actual cost center reporting
- Reviews, assesses, and releases documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
- Documentation of business processes and process changes to ensure transparency and efficiency
- Supports the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
- Act as an expert within the team for core controlling processes and related systems, including the optimization of internal cost allocations and automation initiatives
- Participate in the transfer and implementation of forecasting, planning, and budgeting controlling activities while driving the standardization of existing controlling processes.
- Initiates and develops improvement processes and automation solutions and contributes to their implementation
Your Profile: - University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Information Technology
- Professional experience in controlling, with a focus on technical aspects such as automation, IT implementation projects (S4 HANA) etc.Several years of professional user experience and advanced knowledge in SAP and additional functional IT systems (S4, xflow, etc.)
- Professional experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization is highly beneficial
- Fluent in English; German language is beneficial
