Design, development and execution of global product strategy (e.g., positioning, differentiation, value story / messages, life cycle management)
Prepare and coordinate international product launches
Lead responsibility for the development and implementation of marketing materials and activities (e.g., digital campaigns, websites, brochures, training materials, presentations, symposia, posters)
Creation and implementation of communication campaigns in cooperation with advertising and PR agencies
Sales Analyses, Business Reviews, Market and Competitor monitoring
Identification of customer and market opportunities and translation into business growth initiatives
Interact with customers, build and develop contacts to opinion leaders and scientific societies
Lead international project teams
Close cooperation with sales, markets & pricing insights and medical affairs
Planning and conducting international congresses and training events

Successfully completed science, medical or business studies. PhD preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in product management of the health care industry, experience in the intensive care setting preferred
Experience in leading international project teams with proven success
Willingness to travel (also abroad)
Very good knowledge of German and English
Strong presentation and communication skills
