About the role:
We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team, focusing on the management and automation of credit processes for a system housed on Salesforce called nCeno. Launched in 2022, the product is still evolving, and the team is working through challenges to enhance its capabilities. The role involves working closely with stakeholders on pre- or post-approval. You will be responsible for gathering and specifying requirements, ensuring that development stays aligned with those requirements, and facilitating communication between the business, credit teams, and developers.
The role requires strong collaboration and project management skills, as you will walk stakeholders through the entire product journey—from requirement gathering to testing. The team currently works with external developers at nCeno. Salesforce experience or other workflow-based systems is highly desirable, along with a background in project delivery within the SDLC. The ideal candidate has a strong grounding as a Business Analyst and can manage requirements effectively, although they will not be responsible for solutioning.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Product Specialist OR 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Credit product experience with either the pre- or post-approval function.
- Currently working with Confluence to document and Jira for ticket allocation.
- Understanding of testing and able to assist and view test evidence.
- Following Prince2 Principles.
- Manage stakeholder engagement whilst being able to gather requirements and document them.
- Able to work within an Agile environment to break down deliverables into smaller pieces.
- Full lifecycle experience from requirements gathering to development and testing (SDLC).

- Worked with Salesforce before or has any certification.
- nCino experience would be beneficial.

Education:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management/Business Management.
