What will you do? This exciting opportunity is available in our Communications and Events Department at Santam Alice Lane office in Sandton. We require the skills of an individual who has a passion for events management and managing sponsorship activation on a national and regional level.
Responsibilities:
- Complete coordination and management of all events
- Post event feedback surveys
- Budget management for the event
- Brand awareness and visibility
- Taking briefs from internal clients & stakeholders
- Liaising with various suppliers - venues, technical, gifting, caterers, décor etc.
- Briefing the Design Hub on all creative elements for events – invitations, menus, nametags
Qualification and Experience:
- Matric
- Diploma in Events / PR / Marketing / Communications
- 5-8 years of experience
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transport
- Able to work extended hours and over weekends for event management
Knowledge and Skills:
