Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Principal *or *Consultant Clinical Psychologist* to lead a specialist *CYP trauma *service*.*
*WFH/Travel:*
The post holder will have the choice to work from home or be based in one of their offices in Leigh, Rochdale or Yorkshire. Travel on an ad hoc basis will be required, this is a nationwide service.
*About the employer:*
This employer delivers bespoke packages to children and young people who have experienced *developmental trauma *working with children's residential homes, local authorities, supported accommodation providers and educational settings. This employer also provides therapeutic support to organisations to help the development of their trauma informed practice.
*Role snapshot:*
This role is suitable for a Principal Psychologist looking to step into their first Consultant/8c role or for an already established Consultant Psychologist. This is a full leadership role focussing on developing their National Psychology services assigned to one of their newly established contracts (either residential or local authority). This role is to oversee the embedding of trauma informed therapeutic services. This employer is known for their *centre of excellence in the field of developmental trauma and attachment*.

*Hours* – 3 – 5 days per week can be considered
*Salary* - £60,000 - £80,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
Those applying will have leadership and management experience along with a clinical background of working with complex CYP services such as CAMHS, children’s residential and/or YOT services. HCPC registration is mandatory.
