We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional financial results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and UK GAAP.
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end audits and compliance activities.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices across financial operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Support strategic initiatives, including business growth and change management projects.

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with:

Significant experience in financial management and team leadership.
A strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Proven success in delivering accurate financial reporting and managing budgets.
