Job Summary:

As a Close Protection Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, typically high-profile individuals or groups, by providing close personal protection services. You will work as part of a team to assess potential risks, plan and implement security measures, and respond to any threats or emergencies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing security advice to clients
Planning and implementing security protocols and procedures
Maintaining a high level of situational awareness and responding quickly to potential threats
Providing close personal protection to clients during travel, events, and day-to-day activities if and when required.
Monitoring potential threats and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks
Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Collaborating with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or close protection-related field
Strong physical fitness and ability to handle high-stress situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if any, but not required)
Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary security clearances
Additional certifications such as firearms training or defensive tactics are a plus
