As a Shift Supervisor in Training, you will have the opportunity to:

Execute the store operations through your team, on your scheduled shifts and on your days off, making sure openings, closings, and weekends are covered by you and your team of partners.
Analyze data and leverage observations in-store to inform decision-making that improves customer and overall store performance.
Work with your store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within the required budgets and recruit world-class, diverse talent that meets the store's needs.
Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
Support the growth of your partners through performance and development, coaching and developing your team, and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have previous experience in leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience.
Have a proven track record of success in driving results and achieving targets.
Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Show passion for coffee and dedication to delivering quality beverages.
Can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Have flexible availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
