Full job description

A property company requires a self-motivated and disciplined individual to manage their business portfolio. This will include assisting with property development which consists, but is not limited to:

Advertising, lease agreements, handovers, maintenance, rental collection, reconciling and invoicing.
Sourcing and procuring material for building sites (plumbing, electrical, hardware etc.).
Planning and facilitating property maintenance (via service contractors or employed maintenance staff).
Compiling property expenses, including filing and creating spreadsheets to analyze costs.
Advertising and letting of property units to new tenants and communicating with prospective agents.

The role will also include assisting the group of directors with their relevant projects in the printed packaging field, which will include, but is not limited to:

Preparing presentations for board meetings.
Organizing entry packs for annual packaging competitions.
Booking flights and accommodation for national and international travel.
