Required Qualifications:

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large, complex projects.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Advanced project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of cultural sensitivity and international business etiquette.
Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).
Advanced technology skills, including CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.
Strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire confidence in both internal teams and external partners.
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8000,00 - R16000,00 per month
