Job Purpose:
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Provide screening, including intakes, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning.
Provides ongoing client assessment to identify changing needs pertaining to the individual and family treatment and development strategy.
Work respectfully with culturally diverse populations.
Collaborates with program staff to determine continuum of care for clients.
Participates in clinical supervision meetings.
Participates in day-to-day provision of client focused, trauma informed mental health services to agency clients.

Required:
LSW, LPC, MFT, or CT through Ohio. Pass background check and possess valid Driver’s License. Communicate accurately and effectively, both verbal and written. Collaborate and communicate as a team; interact with clients, external care providers and administrative and support staff. Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and use good judgment. Able to exercise balanced judgement in evaluation situations and able to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent and equitable manner. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic health record documentation.
