Provide strategic advice on IP issues and enhance patent portfolio
Identify new inventions and manage prosecution of EP patent applications
Assist with IP due diligence activities and assessment of litigation risks
Provide IP litigation support
Review and draft agreements for IP transactions, R&D projects and commercial contracts with IP terms
Provide training to members of LG Energy Solution and its affiliates in Europe
Work closely with other in-house members and outside attorneys to accomplish assigned tasks and goals

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification (knowledge in battery technology a plus)
Admission as European and/or German Patent Attorney
2 to 6 years of law firm and/or in-house experience
Ability to present complex technical and legal issues in an understandable and convincing manner in German and English
Korean language skills would be an advantage, but are not required
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
