For our company LGCEG, we are looking for an Intern in General Affairs (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will support the General Affairs team in a global matrix environment, assisting with day-to-day responsibilities and contributing to the smooth operation of various administrative tasks.

• Ordering monthly office supplies
• Ordering items online
• Writing Emails for example: to Vendors, Landlords, colleagues
• General office management tasks
• Making Phone calls
• Request offers from vendors
• Compare different offers and make excel price comparison
• Assisting work for Teammates
• Attending meetings and make protocol
• Writing Announcements on Teams or Email
• Invoice payment

• Safe handling of MS Office programs
• Fluent English or German, both write and spoken. Knowledge of Korean is an advantage
