Mission of the Function: The Production Engineer (PE) is responsible for designing and programming electronic PC based test equipment.

Product Design Input
Test Equipment Design and Development
Systems and software development
Process Design and Development
Planning and Project Management
Factory/Sub-contractor/ Repairs Support

Qualifications: Minimum: B Tech Electrical Engineering light current

Desired: BSC Electrical Engineering (light current focus)

Professional Experience :

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering product design and development
LabView™ programming as well as SQL, MS Access experience an advantage
Experience in a production facility
Experienced in test equipment design, construction and testing.
Design, fault finding and repair experience
Project Experience would be an advantage

Leadership Experience:

Demonstrated experience of leading a team.

Intercultural Experience:

Demonstrated experience of working effectively in a multi-cultural environment

Monthly Cost to company negotiable depending on Experience: R50,000.00 to R69,000.00
