Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Furniture Paint Sprayer to join their busy production team on the late shift. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes to furniture products, ensuring precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate spray painting equipment to apply paints, stains, and finishes to furniture items.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary to achieve optimal results.
Ensure accurate color matching and uniformity in all paint applications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and project deadlines.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of spray painting equipment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in spray painting or a related field is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of different paint types, application methods, and industry-standard safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
