Coordination, support and quality assurance of the risk monitoring and risk reporting processes of the subsidiaries of HDI International AG
Analyzing risk model results and deducing relevant steering information for our management
Improving and automating reporting processes to fulfill increasing regulatory and internal requirements
Compiling a quarterly risk report to inform management and the regulatory authority about our risk situation
Implementing, improving and operating internal risk models

Successfully finished B. Sc., M. Sc. or PHD degree in math or business administration with a quantitative focus
Relevant experience in risk management, controlling, accounting or actuarial science, preferably in insurance business
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking as well as the ability to work on complex topics and processes with a strong sense of responsibility
Experience in data processing and analysis: mathematical, statistical and econometric modelling
Highly autonomous, venturous and able to work under pressure
Team-minded and enthusiasm for working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
Programming experience in R, VBA and SQL as well as willingness to learn and improve upon one's skills
Excellent communication skills in English
