We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and guiding students in their learning journey, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in their respective subjects. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, organise lessons, and engage students in a meaningful way.

*Duties*

* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
* Educate students on relevant subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
* Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.
* Maintain an organised classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and needs.
* Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate technology into teaching methods as appropriate.
* Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall educational experience.

*Skills*

* Strong organisational skills to manage lesson plans, student assessments, and classroom activities.
* Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to students of varying abilities.
* Proficiency in IT to utilise educational software and tools that enhance learning experiences.
* Ability to educate diverse groups of students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
* You must have the relevent experience in rigging and lifting and have experience of delivering courses.
* Ideal candidate will have knowledge of delivering OPITO, ECITB courses

Pay: £24,420.00-£43,654.70 per year
