Salary: 3.50 - 14.50 per hour

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our client's team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to bend, shape, and manipulate metal and other materials according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production of parts.
Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality of the finished product.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines and report any issues or malfunctions.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Strong understanding of metalworking techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
