This role exists to provide high level support to our 2 MD's and Leadership team helping ensure the goals for the Region are achieved as well being our internal and external events lead. This role involves:

Communication Handling for our MD's
Meeting co-ordination
Organising travel arrangements for our MD's and US colleagues as required
Identifying a corporate travel partner moving forward
Responsible for organising all corporate events, conferences and other gatherings ensuring smooth execution
Organising our annual family fun day in conjunction with our Gorilla Way committee
Ensuring our annual US Executive trip is organised and runs smoothly
Office management
Miscellaneous administrative and coordination tasks as required

This individual will have:

a high attention to detail
Be discreet, confidential and have high integrity
High proficency in oral and written communication
Be able to juggle many taks at once
Postive can-do attitude to work life
Proficient in MS office powerpoint and excel is a must

This role involves 3 days in our office and 2 working from home - 37.5 hours per week. The role can be achieved part time over 5 shorter days.
