About the Opportunity

From demos that wow, to smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and feature rollouts, we’re all about empowering businesses to thrive. We’re on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist to join inspiring global team.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly expert who helps clients:

Discover the magic of our software through engaging demos
Glide through implementation and "go-live" like a pro
Solve day-to-day issues with speed and skill
Explore new features and upgrades to level up their experience

You’ll also get hands-on with documenting feedback, collaborating with internal teams to tackle tough tech challenges, and being the go-to guru for all things client success.

About You

You’re a natural problem-solver with a knack for making things easy to understand. To shine in this role, you’ll bring:

At least 2-3 years experience in client-facing support or software roles
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and/or HR/recruitment tech
Stellar communication skills (you know how to explain tech to non-techies!)
A proactive, customer-first mindset that makes clients feel heard and valued

Bonus points for experience in demos, onboarding, and troubleshooting systems!
