*Job Summary/Responsibilities:*
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your main responsibility will be to ensure that you and your nurses are properly caring for our residents.
* Support the DON in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities.
* Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
* Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
* Protect residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations
* Document resident care services by charting in patient and department records
* Promote continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

*Requirements*: Valid Practical Nurse license and certification in the state of NY
*Schedule*: Full Time, Part Time
