We currently have an opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join our well-established manufacturing team.

As our Assembly Operative you will be responsible for:

Manufacturing sub assembly and final assembly of products.
Using basic hand tools.
Performing quality control checks on products.
Ensuring products are to the correct tolerances meeting standards and specifications.
Packing of product ready to ship to customer.
Contributing to continuous improvement activities.

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

Previous experience as an assembly operative within a manufacturing business.
Experience of working to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings/SOP s.
Experience working collaboratively in a team to achieve common goals.
The ability to take a methodical and systematic approach to your work.
Effective communication skills.
