Maintenance Engineer to join a leading solutions provider in the energy sector, located in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing recycling machinery and equipment while working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days only), with occasional callouts. Depending on performance, permanent contracts available.

Responsibilities:

Execute preventative maintenance and respond swiftly to machinery breakdowns.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean techniques.
Promote safe working practices and coordinate with contractors.
Maintain essential plant equipment, including conveyors, generators, compressors, and pumps.
Diagnose and repair faults, providing timely and cost-effective solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Expertise in electrical, control, or plant engineering.
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing faults and performing maintenance/repairs.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player.
Computer literate.
