Our prestigious client based in WF17 a family run manufacturing business are seeking machine operatives to join them on a 12 week temp to perm basis, whereby the successful candidates will receive on the job training resulting in being a trained machine operator.
The Role:
Supporting the machine operatives whilst learning. Placing product on and off the line Ensuring the product is fit for purpose and the required level of quality by checking measurements & weight. Completing basic order paper work Checking quality of products Some lifting of finished product (comfortable lifting and lugging is essential) Adhering to all H&S at all times. Other general duties as outlined by supervisor Please note this role is within an industrial environment and will require some housekeeping to keep work area safe & tidy; also to prepare for each new order through the manufacturing process. You will be working with steel products in a manufacturing environment.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 07:00am – 16:00pm
Friday’s 07:00am – 14:00pm
Pay & Benefits
· First 12 weeks paid at £10.42 per hour (paid weekly through the agency)
· Genuine temp to perm opportunity
