The Senior Manager Product Compliance located in EMEA is responsible for guiding compliance team in the preparation of regulatory filings, reports, and submittals in different countries. This role requires good communication skills, teamwork, as well as critical thinking skills.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

Identify potential compliance risks and manage opportunities for continuous improvement.
Enable effective communication of regional and global product requirements to the various Business units.
Co-ordinate efforts between Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, and Quality to implement proactive product compliance programs starting from product design to efficient supplier data collection.
Plan, Design, and lead implementation of product compliance programs facilitating compliance of products to various regional legislations around the world for Hazardous substances, Environmental and recycling.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Master’s in related curriculum such as Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering with 10 years of related experience.
Manage global product compliance team comprising 6 or more product compliance engineers all over the globe.
Responsible for EU ROHS, EU REACH and EU WEEE compliance process for products.
Ensure process and procedure is in place for compliance, starting from supplier data through Design and Manufacturing to Sales and shipments globally.
Manage Global Supplier requirements and communication.
Support the company’s Corporate Sustainability strategy and programs.
Assist Global Engineering in selection of green materials and compliant products.
Work with regional NGOs and Industry Organizations in Europe and UK to identify emerging substance regulations that would affect products and provide compliance action plan to BUs.
