Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee hotel contracts within the region, taking full responsibility for managing all commercial relationship aspects to ensure the company remains highly competitive.

Manage key relationships across all levels with external partners, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
Secure exclusive rates within the hotel portfolio, driving value and competitiveness
Meet revenue targets by leveraging market knowledge and effective partner engagement
Serve as the regional hotel expert, maintaining up-to-date, in-depth market insights
Identify new accounts and suppliers to expand the company s reach and influence
Monitor competitiveness and utilisation of contract allocations to maximise performance
Build and maintain robust relationships, offering regular feedback and fostering long-term partnerships
Recognise and address new opportunities or potential challenges promptly
Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations that drive results
Support training and development efforts, along with other duties as required
Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand presence and network

Experience Required:

Comprehensive understanding of hotel distribution networks, channels, and channel management technology
Demonstrated recent experience in static and BAR hotel contracts specific to the Irish market
Excellent negotiation skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including hotel owners and general managers
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Skilled in data analysis
