Extra Recruitment are currently recuiting for a Administrator / Inventory Assistant, to join our client based in Stafford. As an Administrator / Inventory Assistant you will be responsible for chasing production and inputting orders for manufacturing and distribution.

Administrator / Inventory Assistant Responsibilities:

Amending Works order dates to ensure parts ordered in time
Print Works orders aft input ensuring in date order for inventory controller
Progress chasing with production, informing customers of any delays
Customer / Internal Teams & face to face meetings
Assist inventory controller on stores activities
Complete Quotations

Administrator / Inventory Assistant Details:

Location: Stafford (ST16)
Pay: 12.00 PH
Hours: Full time (07:00am - 16:00pm)

Administrator / Inventory Assistant Requirements:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular outlook, excel and word
Experience of working within an MRP system
Work under pressure
Good communication

Administrator / Inventory Assistant Benefits:
