Purpose: Ensure the ongoing development and advancement of our website product, Conexa. This will include enhancing the product with new features, improving existing integrations and optimising resources. In addition, this role will manage the team of developers (currently 2) assigned to the product.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining the existing infrastructure
Attending to integration failures (inbound and outbound)
Developing modules to be used in website templates
Providing template solutions for the for the implementations team
Designing solutions for product enhancements
Provide technical guidance for the product including tools, technologies and architecture
Provide support and guidance to the existing product team
Plan, coordinate and manage the ongoing progress of the product
Communicate progress and issues with stakeholders and other departments
Conduct code reviews of existing components and changes / update

Minimum requirements

Grade 12 Certificate
Tertiary qualification preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Previous experience managing a team
Automative retail knowledge/experience is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R35000,00 - R45000,00 per month
