Full job description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, well-presented, proactive and dependable individual to join our team as an administrative assistant and office support. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the daily operations of our office smoothly. Responsibilities will include data entry, administrative duties, and offering general support to the team when required.

Duties:

Loading of listings on the management system and providing artwork thereof.
General administrative tasks and support to all agents.
Stock take and management.
Company Social Media.
Meeting minutes and general upkeep of the office.
Keeping tabs on all annual events and birthdays.
Data Entry on company systems.

Own transport is required.

Working Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday and 8-1 on Saturdays.

Experience:

Knowledge in Real Estate (2 years minimum).
2 years of experience in administrative office procedures, practices, and software.

Language:

Fluent Afrikaans (Required) and English.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate.
Headshot.
Non-Smoking.
CV.
