Job Details:

Pay: £12.00 per hour (8am-5pm); £18.00 per hour for work outside these hours
Attendance Incentive: £20 per day
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 05 00 (flexible)
- Saturday: 07 00 (flexible)
Location: Aveley
Work Schedule:
- 9-11 hour shifts
- Day shift
- Weekend availability (Saturday mornings)

Job Responsibilities:

Weigh and monitor all vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
Manually enter data into the system when required due to IT issues.
Ensure all duties comply with the company s health, safety, and operational guidelines.
Check duty of care paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with drivers and contractors to ensure safe entry and exit of the site.
Provide excellent customer service, especially when answering calls.

Required Skills:

IT literate with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in a similar operational environment.
Familiarity with Waste Logics software (desirable).
