Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated production operatives to join our team at the Warmley Bakery. As a production operative, you will be responsible for packing products according to instructions, ensuring the quality meets specified requirements, and recording production data accurately. This role requires individuals who are hardworking, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high standard of work.

Duties

Packing products as per provided instructions
Preparing raw materials for packing & operations
Checking product quality
Recording production data accurately
Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Experience

No previous packaging or production experience required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team
Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a bakery environment.
Understanding of work directions and health & safety in English

There are two shift patterns for this role, Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10 pm with 30min of unpaid breaks during each full shift. The shifts are fixed, not rotating.

You must also be able to stand for long periods of time.
