Rethink Mental Illness are an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness.

We are looking for a Part-time Support Worker to join their experienced and friendly team at our Price of Peace Service in Hatherleigh.

The role may require you to work: 3 days a week, 7 hours per shift, 1 x sleep in shift per week.

Overview of a Mental Health Support Worker role:

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.

Listening and Empathy: You are a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient, and willing to learn.
