*HGV Class 1 Drivers (Tramping)*

*Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday Morning Run-Ins)*

Keighley, West Yorkshire

Salary package:£39,000 - £46,500 per year (dependent upon hours)

£12.95p/h Basic Rate

£13.70p/h Overtime Rate paid after 45hrs

£5/day meal allowance; £24 overnight allowance.

R McDowell Haulage and Distribution, established over 40 years ago, is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers.

We are committed to investing over £1 million annually in our fleet of over 100 vehicles; we provide customers with distribution solutions nationwide.

Successful candidates will be required to overnight in the vehicle delivering palletised freight to various businesses on general haulage and various contract works.

You will need a thorough understanding of drivers’ hours, good customer service skills, a positive attitude and must be flexible to run in on the occasional Saturday.

You will need to have a full licence, CPC, digital tachograph card.
