Location: Head Office in Wrexham (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £35K to £45K+ DOE - Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+)

Are you an experienced professional in equipment finance or business loans with a proven track record of generating consistent business? We re a rapidly growing business finance broker seeking a driven Senior Business Development or Account Manager to join our team.

This Senior Account Manager role is perfect for someone who thrives on the ability to generate substantial income through an uncapped commission and bonus structure. If you have a strong network of clients and are motivated to find new business opportunities, this could be the ideal position for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by acquiring and managing SME clients across the UK. An existing client base is essential to hit the ground running.
Proactively generate new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing relationships.
Handle inbound leads efficiently and develop new outbound opportunities to expand your client portfolio.
Provide tailored finance solutions that meet client needs and close deals confidently.
Maintain strong relationships with funders and clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years specifically in business finance.
Demonstrated success in equipment leasing or business loans, with a proven ability to generate new business.
A strong existing network of clients and the ability to expand this network further.
Excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of FCA compliance.
