Job Responsibilities:

Entering data onto the Acturis back office system - keeping accurate records.
Customer service/client management - liaising with both clients and other insurers
Working on renewals, new business and day to day adjustments
All other general admin required by the role

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications

Experience within commercial insurance is essential for this role
Experience in customer service and client servicing, good communication skills essential
General experience in new business renewals and day to day adjustments
Computer skills and experience in Word and Excel are required
Experience of Acturis back office system is essential
Up to date knowledge of the current insurance market in respect of Insurers and
products
Insurance Qualifications are desirable
