Receptionist - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire

The team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a Park Receptionist to support the existing team with the day to day operations.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Billing Aquadrome, Crow Lane, Little Billing, Northampton NN3 9DA

Employment Type: Seasonal - Full Time

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Shift Patterns: Mon - Fri / Weekends / Bank Holidays / Days

Billing Aquadrome is in the Nene Valley, in the heart of Northamptonshire. With fantastic facilities, stunning country walks and fully stocked fishing lakes there really is something for everyone.

Offering a wide range of fully furnished caravans and luxury lodges, and welcoming touring caravans, motorhomes and tents our aim is to deliver the highest standards and very best guest experience to all park visitors

Experience Required:

To be successful you will need to have the skills to develop positive relationships with your colleagues and our guests.
A keen eye for detail, and experience on working on computers is a must.
Previous experience working in a similar environment would be preferred, however we will provide full training and development to a candidate who demonstrates the right attitude

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
