This advert is for a key position in our growing organisation, we are looking for a commercial contracts manager who will work closely with the MD and the Director of Sales and Operations as well as the Maintenance Manager and Health and Safety Officer.

The Role and Person Specifics required:

We are looking for a strong senior professional influential person, able to challenge and persuade in all commercial matters, a person to add value and impact the continued success growth.

You will command an audience with assurance, knowledge and professionalism, leading by example and demand excellence from all. The role requires a strategic mind who can contribute to the shaping of the future business plans.

You will support the Sales and Operations Director to create and drive strategy for advertising, marketing and sales as well as operational objectives. You will assist in the effort of all commercial aspects including budgets and profitability. With the view and objective to win and maximise new business opportunities, whilst improving policies and procedures in house for better quality results. Whilst supporting and mentoring all departments as required.

Essential

Degree or equivalent experience in Law, Business admin MBA or Sales

Consumer and Commercial Contracts Law and Negotiations experience

Knowledge of Warehouse Distribution and Logistics Operations

Strong understanding of Health and Safety laws

Ability to work cross functionally in all areas

Desirable

Knowledge of Procurement and Purchasing

Knowledge of Property Development industry

Experience with Facilities and Building Estates

Commercial contract disputes

Human Resources with knowledge of UK Employment Law

Change transition
