Are you an experienced Estates and Legal Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to join our client, a dynamic company based in Chesterfield? We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our clients experienced tax and legally qualified advisors in safeguarding assets for the long term and structuring wills and trusts tax efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of Estate projects, assisting in the legal drafting of Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documentation
Support senior colleagues on a variety of complex Estate matters
Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining high attention to detail
Effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
Lead in developing junior members of the team
Manage projects from start to finish

About You:

Experience working with Trusts and Estates is essential
STEP qualification or equivalent experience
Strong organisational and influencing skills
Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
